Walking on Barra, Outer Hebrides, Scotland

After yesterdays post of the ‘Rocky Shore’ I realised I had made of record of the walk.  So for me to remember, here is the walk leaving from the tiny camp site (our motorhome, at the time, is the one on the left)  We passed by an ancient burial ground that juts out into the sea.  You might notice that I didn’t explore it…… one side had a deep gorge with the sea rushing in and the other side……. mad looking heifers and they’re not the ones in the photos, they are nice gentle cows.  Our two little dogs (we have three now) had a lovely time on the beach and Nancy even had a swim.  What was amazing we were on our own, we never saw another body…… it was lovely 🙂
