For us, before the start of the tourist season, a Sunday drive along the North Norfolk Coast, at this time of the year is a real pleasure. Once the season starts, we head inland, and all is peaceful again. At the end of January, one Sunday was just too nice not to go out and enjoy the day. We made our way to Sheringham, had a Sunday Roast at the Jolly Roger Pub. After a hearty meal, we then strolled down to the beach for some photos of a nearly empty seashore, and of course, any passing dogs.
Heading back home, we stopped at Morston Quay, for more photos and a short walk. Hopefully we will get a few more trips in before the start of the season….its just so beautiful and peaceful at this time of year, whatever the weather is doing.
