    1. Thank you Pat, I think changing them to b&w makes them a bit timeless, but looking at this one it reminds me of the late 60’s here in the UK. Oh you would like York, it has lots of narrow lanes, they call them lanes there, especially the Shambles, a lane where the first floor of the house nearly touch overhead, very medieval, I will see if I can find some photos…..must have some, somewhere 🙂

    2. I agree, timeless indeed, but somehow b&w has the ability to freeze a moment in time regardless of when it’s snapped — colour has too much dynamism and I find I’m anticipating what may happen next.
