We like to drive along the North Norfolk Coast, mostly during out of season, unfortunately it’s very popular in the summer months, but for some reason on the 25th of July 2017, it was quiet. From Blakeney you can catch a boat to see hundreds of seals at Blakeney Point, you can also follow the coastal path, or you can what I did……..take a few shots from the car window, when husband wanted to make a few calls on his mobile.
It looks a lovely unique place and what wonderful photos. 😀
Thank you, it is a lovely spot to sit and just watch the world passing 🙂
Growing up, I spent my summers on the water, sailing on a bay in our state and going to the beach, so I always like seeing pictures of boats and water from other parts of the world. I especially like your picture of the girl going down the step of the dock. I wonder what she’s going to do with the stick in her hand? And it looks like her mother is watching closely. I hope she doesn’t fall in!
I did similar, we lived a road away from the beach and we spent all our time there, although I didn’t go sailing……not fond of small boats. I think the little girl was trying to catch a crab and luckily she didn’t fall in, and yes mum was watching very closely 🙂
Ahh, haven’t visited for a while. Fond memories, though, of making the trip with my granddad to see the seals! 🙂
Glad the photos brought back happy memories 🙂
I would so enjoy taking a boat to see seals! Lovely photos, the last one of the pup…a French bull dog or a Boston terrier? 🧐
Thank you, we haven’t been out yet to see the seals…….something we keep meaning to do. I think the little dog is a French bull dog, he was so cute 🙂
