Just before set off on our travels, here is a quick look at the hotel we stayed in while we were in Paratico, on Lake Iseo in Northern Italy, September 2018. Hotel Ulivi, is more a complex, very comfortable, nice breakfast, no restaurant, but there are restaurants on the promenade and in the town, plenty of them. A very nice swimming pool, with lots of olive and palm trees. Very clean and quiet when we were there. The owner is a lovely helpful lady who spoke perfect English. This time I remembered to take a photo of the room, which had patio doors to a garden with a seating area, great for picnics. The hotel was ideally situated to explore the region and for catching the ferry to the island we have been exploring, Monte Isola on the Lake.
